Best 10 Beauty Products Under £10

I have used a lot of different beauty products over the last couple of years and have picked up quite a few favourites. I am always looking for deals and affordable products that work really well (isn’t everyone?) so I thought I’d share my best 10 beauty products under £10 with you!

1.Maybelline Colour Sensation Matte Lipstick

Lipsticks 2

I love these lipsticks! The formula is creamy with a beautiful matte finish, it doesn’t dry my lips out at all and it has long-lasting power. It comes in so many different shades and finishes so there is something for everyone. My favourite shades of the matte formula are Divine Wine, Smokey Rose and Blushing Pout; I also have the shades Summer Pink and Tip Top Tulle in the Colour Sensational Lipsticks. The only down side to these are they are not transfer proof! So save your kisses for your liquid lipsticks!

These cost £6.99 each and there are always deals on at Boots or Superdrug; right now they have an offer of buy 1 get the 2nd half price on selected Maybelline products at Boots.

2. St Ives Blemish Fighting Apricot Scrub

Face Scrub 2

I have oily/combination skin and this scrub has really helped me control the oil and shine, I use it 2 – 3 times a week and follow with my normal skin routine. It smells amazing and has fine natural exfoliants in it which lift away dirt without scratching and damaging the skin. They also have an Invigorating Apricot Scrub which promotes glowing and radiant skin.

This costs £4.19 in Boots which is an absolute bargain!

3. Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub

Lip Scrub

This lip scrub smells and tastes so yummy! You can lick the remainder of the scrub off when you’re finished with it as it is made with all natural products but I use it in the shower to prevent a big sticky mess. It exfoliates the lips really well and leaves them soft and smooth without drying them out. It also comes in other flavours like Popcorn, Mint Julips and Honey.

This lip scrub costs £5.25 from Lush.

4. L’Oréal Paris Infallible Matte Foundation

Foundation 2.JPG

This is one of my favourite affordable foundations, I don’t wear foundation everyday (my skin doesn’t really agree with it) but when I do wear foundation this is the one I reach for the most. The let down with this foundation is the lack of shades it offers, it isn’t a very universal product as it only offers a couple of shades ranging from Vanilla to Honey. This is a good product for oily/combination skin as the matte finish helps keep the shine down for some of the day, I would recommend setting the foundation with powder but I would recommend you do that with all foundations. I would say this gives medium coverage and feels light on the skin. Although it claims it lasts for 24  hours (we wish any foundation lasted for 24 hours!) it lasted around 6-7 hours on my skin before it started to very slightly break up around my nose.

This foundation costs £7.99 and there are always deals on in Boots and Superdrug; right now they have an offer of 3 for 2 on selected L’Oréal products at Boots.

5. Simple Kind To Skin Micellar Cleansing Water

Cleansing Water

I use this product every single day and I have just bought my third bottle of it. I love the Simple range because it is suitable for all skin types and has some really great products in it. I don’t like to over cleanse my skin as it can cause the skin to produce more oil so I use this micellar water every day and night along with either an exfoliater or a facial wash and it keeps my skin in great condition.

This product costs £6.59 in Boots.

6. Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer

Concealer

This is a great everyday concealer that covers dark circles without looking cakey or settling into fine lines and wrinkles. I get the best results from this product when I apply it, blend it out with a sponge and set it with loose powder straight away. It brightens and highlights the under eye area well and blends out really easily, it has a long-lasting wear time and is also good for spot coverage if you can find  a shade that matches your skin tone. It comes in a few different shades including a Neutraliser shade which is made to target really dark circles, I use the shade Light.

This product costs £7.99 and there are always deals on at Boots and Superdrug; right now they have an offer of buy 1 get the 2nd half price on selected Maybelline products at Boots.

7. Herbal Essences Daily Detox Clean Shampoo and Conditioner

Shampoo

This is my current favourite shampoo and conditioner! I try to take really good care of my hair to keep it healthy and these products help me do that, they have no silicone in them and are pH balanced to keep your hair in great condition, they are also safe to use on coloured hair. The smell is gorgeous (raspberry and mint) and you can still smell it a day or two after washing your hair which I think is great!

You can pick these up at Superdrug for £3.99 each! Right now they have an offer of 2 for £6 on selected Herbal Essences products at Superdrug.

8. Soap & Glory Supercat Liquid Eyeliner Pen Carbon Black Extreme

This felt tip applicator makes doing your eyeliner so much easier! The tip is just the right size to create the perfect wing for your everyday looks and your glam looks. The formula is very opaque and lasts all day without fading or crumbling away; but comes off easily with a makeup remover so you won’t have to tug and pull at your eye to take it off. I’ve been using this for 2 years now and absolutely love it!

This costs £6.50 at Boots.

9. Eyelure Fleur De Force Lashes – Petit Fleur

Eyelashes 2.JPG

I don’t wear fake eyelashes very often so I only have a few pairs I wear on special occasions. These are my favourite because they are 3/4 length so they are super easy to apply and comfortable to wear. They are quite subtle and add a lift to your lashes so they just look like your lashes but better!

These cost £5.25 at Boots; right now they have an offer of buy 1 get the 2nd half price on selected Eyelure.

10. Soap & Glory Scrub of Your Life

Body Scrub 2

This is a great body scrub that exfoliates the skin thoroughly and gently. It has that classic Soap & Glory smell that is strong enough to be used as a shower gel as well. It has a gel like texture which makes it easier to apply in the shower as it doesn’t slide off your body, it lathers up nicely and the little beads in it are made from jojoba wax so it is kind to your skin and doesn’t dry it out. I use this weekly and think it does a great job and the bottle lasts for ages!

This scrub costs £7 at Boots; right now they have an offer of buy 1 get the 2nd half price on selected Soap & Glory Products.

So that is it, my best 10 beauty products under £10!
